Learn what happens to your credits when you upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan.


# Do Unused Credits Roll Over?

  • No. Credits reset to your plan's monthly

allocation on your billing date. Unused credits

from the current month expire and do not carry

over to the next month.

Example:

You have Pro (250 credits), used 100, have 150 left → Next billing cycle → Starts fresh with 250 credits (the unused 150 are gone)

💡 Important: We never auto-charge you for going over. You stay in control.


# Plan Changes

  • Upgrading Plan
    • ✅ New credits added immediately
    • ✅ Old credits stay available
    • ✅ Get full new plan amount right away
    • ✅ Only pay the prorated difference

Example: Pro (250 credits, 50 left) → Upgrade to Premium → Now have 1,050 credits instantly (50 old + 1,000 new)


  • Downgrading Plan
    • Takes effect at end of billing cycle
    • Keep current credits until then
    • Next month: Reset to new plan amount

Example: Premium (1,000 credits) → Downgrade to Pro → Keep 1,000 until cycle ends → Next month: 250 credits


  • Cancelling Plan
    • Plan stays active until cycle ends
    • Keep all credits until then
    • After: Automatically switch to Freemium (30 credits/month)
    • All data preserved forever (listings, drafts, expenses, inventory)
  • Important: You can resubscribe anytime without losing any data.

Q: Do unused credits roll over?

A: Yes, 2 credits to generate. Editing/deleting drafts is free. Publishing is free (already paid).
Q: What if I run out mid-batch in Bulk Lister?
A: System checks before processing. You'll be prompted to reduce batch size or upgrade.
Q: Can I get a refund for wasted credits?
A: Yes, you will have opition to refund credit before publishing it (edit stage)
