# What Happens When You Run Out?

Credits are your monthly usage allowance for AI tools. Each plan includes a set amount that resets automatically on your billing date.


  • Tools Disabled:
    • AI listing tools stop working
    • Title and keyword generators pause
    • You'll see "out of credits" warnings

  • Still Works:
    • All existing eBay listings stay active
    • Draft Manager (save/edit drafts)
    • Inventory Management
    • Finance Hub
    • All your data remains safe

  • Solutions:
    • Wait for monthly reset (date shown in Settings)
    • Upgrade to get instant credits
    • Buy credit packs (coming soon)

💡 Important: We never auto-charge you for going over. You stay in control.


# Viewing Your Credit Balance

  • Settings Page:
    1. Go to Settings > Membership
    2. See total used, remaining, and reset date
  • Dashboard:
    • Credit balance shown in side collapsable navigation
    • Updates in real-time after each use
  • Tool Pages:
    • Each tool displays current balance
    • Shows credit cost before you use it

# Getting More Credits

  • Option 1: Upgrade Your Plan

    1. Go to Settings > Membership
    2. Click Upgrade Plan
    3. New credits are instant
    4. Only pay the prorated difference

  • Option 2: Buy Credit Packs

    • One-time purchases (coming soon)
    • Credits from packs don't expire
    • No plan change required

  • Option 3: Earn Bonus Credits (Check-in tool)

    • Daily check-ins earn free credits
    • Build streaks for bigger bonuses
    • 7-day streak: +2 credits
    • 30-day streak: +5 credits

A: No. Credits reset monthly.
Q: Do drafts cost credits?
A: Yes, 2 credits to generate. Editing/deleting drafts is free. Publishing is free (already paid).
Q: What if I run out mid-batch in Bulk Lister?
A: System checks before processing. You'll be prompted to reduce batch size or upgrade.
Q: Can I get a refund for wasted credits?
A: Yes, you will have opition to refund credit before publishing it (edit stage)
