How to Manage Your Plan

This guide covers everything you need to know about manage your stripe. From upgrading, downgrading, and managing your Snap2List subscription..


# Accessing Your Plan Settings

  1. Navigate to Settings from your Dashboard
  2. Click the Membership Tab
  3. Under "Plan Management", click Manage Plan (or Upgrade Plan if you're on Freemium)

# How to Upgrade/Change Your Plan

  • For Freemium Users:
    1. Go to Settings > Membership
    2. Click Upgrade Plan
    3. Choose your desired plan (Pro, Premium, Business or Custom)
    4. Complete the Stripe checkout process (secure)
    5. Your new credits are instantly available

  • For Current Subscribers:
    1. Click Manage Plan in Settings
    2. You'll be redirected to the Stripe Billing Portal
    3. Click Update Plan
    4. Select your new plan tier
    5. Confirm the change

# How to Pause/Cancel Your Subscription

  1. Go to Settings > Membership
  2. Click Manage Plan
  3. In the Stripe Billing Portal, click **Cancel/Pause Plan**
  4. Select your cancellation reason (optional)
  5. Confirm cancellation

What Happens After Cancellation:

  • Your plan remains active until the end of your billing cycle
  • You'll keep all credits and features until the cycle ends
  • After the cycle ends, you'll automatically switch to Freemium (30 credits/month)
  • All your data (listings, drafts, expenses) is preserved
  • You can resubscribe anytime

# How to View Invoices & Billing History

  1. Click Manage Plan in Settings
  2. In the Stripe Billing Portal, go to Invoices
  3. Download any past invoice as PDF
  4. View upcoming invoice details and payment dates

Q: Will I lose my data if I cancel?
A: No. All your listings, drafts, inventory, and expenses are permanently saved. You'll just switch to Freemium plan limits.
Q: Can I upgrade mid-cycle?
A: Yes! Upgrades are instant and you only pay the prorated difference.
Q: What if I run out of credits?
A: You can purchase additional credit packs without changing your plan. Go to Settings > Membership and click "Buy Credits."
Q: Can I get a refund?
A: Refunds are handled case-by-case. Contact support through the Help widget (bottom-right corner) to discuss your situation.
Q: Does downgrading affect my current listings?
A: No. All existing eBay listings remain active regardless of your plan. Downgrades only affect future monthly credit limits.
Q: Can I switch from monthly to yearly billing?
A: Yes! Use the "Update Plan" option in the billing portal and select annual billing to save 20%.
