How to Create Multiple Listings with Bulk Lister

Getting Started

  1. Navigate to the Bulk Create Listing Tool: www.snaptolist.com/dashboard/create-listing/bulk

What You'll Need:

  • 1-24 product images (JPG, PNG, JPEG, HEIF format)
  • eBay account connected
  • At least 2 credits available

Step 1: Upload Your Images

How to Upload:

  1. Drag and drop images into the upload area
  2. Click "Choose Files" to browse files on your computer
  3. Upload 1 to 24 images (recommended 4 - 12 for best results)

📸 Photo Tips:

  • Use clear, well-lit photos
  • Include multiple angles (front, back, sides, tags)
  • Show any defects or damage for used items

After upload, you'll see all images in the Batching View. Now group them into products!

  • Batching = Grouping multiple photos that belong to the same product.
    • Product 1: 5 photos of Nike shoes
    • Product 2: 8 photos of Adidas jacket
    • Product 3: 3 photos of vintage watch

Now review all your batches in one powerful table view!

Generate Listing Data:

  1. Click "Generate All Listing Data" button (top of table)
  2. AI analyzes all batches and creates:
- Titles
- Descriptions
- Categories
- Pricing suggestions
- Item aspects

🚀 After Publishing What Happens Next:

  1. Listing Goes Live on eBay within 1-2 minutes
  2. Confirmation Message shows eBay listing ID
  3. Credits Deducted from your balance (shown in top-right)
  4. Listing Appears in your eBay Seller Hub and Snap2List Inventory

View Your Listing:

  • Click "View on eBay" in success message
  • Or go to Dashboard → Inventory to see all listings
  • Or check your eBay Seller Hub

Common Questions:

Issue: Please check your SKU - it might be used for a live listing
Solution: Change your SKU to a unique value. This SKU already exists on eBay.
Issue: Wrong category selected for this product
Solution: Go back to Step 1 and select the correct category. eBay requires specific categories for certain products.
Issue: Product data error - SKU offer exists but data is corrupted
Solution: Change your SKU or create a fresh listing with a different SKU.
Issue: Title too long (over 80 characters)
Solution: Shorten your title. eBay has an 80-character limit for all marketplaces.
