How to Connect Your eBay Account
Connecting your eBay account takes 30 seconds and allows Snap2List to create and manage listings on your behalf.
🔒 Security Note: We use eBay's official OAuth 2.0 authorization. We never see your eBay password or access your payment information.
1) Find the Connect Button
- Log in to your Snap2List Dashboard: https://www.snaptolist.com/dashboard
- Look for the Intergrations Box:
- Click the "Connect to eBay" Button
2) Authorize on eBay
You'll be redirected to eBay's secure authorization page.
- What Happens:
- eBay will ask you to log in (if not already logged in)
- Review the permissions we request
- Click "Agree" or "Grant Access"
3) You're Connected 🎉
After authorization, you'll be redirected back to Snap2List Dashboard:

- Collapsible Sidebar - Access to all Snap2List tools and features
Quick Troubleshooting:
| 1) Error: "Authorization Failed" |
| Solution: Click "Connect to eBay" again and make sure you click "Agree" on eBay's page (not "Deny"). |
| 2) Error: "Token Expired" |
| Solution: Go to Dashboard → Integrations → Click "Reconnect eBay" and re-authorize. |
| 3) Error: Wrong eBay Site |
| Solution: Update your marketplace in Settings → Preferences, then connect again. |
| 4) Error: Generic Error |
| Solution: Clear browser cache, try a different browser (Chrome recommended), or disable ad blockers. |
